These are the words of Aditi Jain, a scholar of the Kiran Foundation's Kiran Pratibha Scholarship! And today is a proud moment for us, as Aditi has secured 10th rank in the highly competitive MPPSC exam and has been selected for the prestigious post of Deputy Collector! 🏆

Her journey is even more extraordinary when juxtaposed against her background: she comes from a humble family in Maddeora, a small village in Bundelkhand — and she is the first person to become an officer from this beautiful but remote village.
Four years ago, only a dreamer would have believed in her. Discouragement came from all sides, but she had set her eyes on a goal and was not willing to budge. Her ‘hard work’ meant persistent effort year after year — sacrificing comforts, staying disciplined, limiting distractions and continually investing in her self-development. Every setback was a stepping stone, and every challenge, an opportunity for growth.
