Local Kiran Foundation Chapter Lead
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Local Chapter Leads to start, oversee and coordinate activities for our chapters. As a Local Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community, building a team, organising events, and facilitating engagement among members. If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and leadership skills, we invite you to join our team.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Months
Time Commitment: 10 hr/week
Team Size: 3-5
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and leader for your City/Region.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the chapter's growth, engagement, and impact.
- Foster a sense of community and collaboration among chapter members by organising regular meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Recruit and onboard new members, ensuring they are informed about the Foundations goals and activities.
- Attend monthly meetings with Kiran Foundation leadership team to understand direction and vision and align your local chapter to Foundation's goal and Objectives.
- Act as a representative of the chapter at local and regional events, conferences, and meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and lead other volunteers.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
English Speaking Club for Women Lead (Remote)
As multiple dedicated and passionate English Speaking Club Leads. The Volunteers in this role will have a strong command of the English language, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire participants. If you are an experienced educator who believes in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, we invite you to apply.
You will lead a group of 4-5 women and help them become confident in holding conversation in English.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Months
Time Commitment: 2 hr/week
Team Size: 3-5

Responsibilities:
- Organise weekly remote english speaking session with participants.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and lesson plans.
- Follow the Kiran Foundation structure and guidelines.
- Encourage participants and help them overcome barriers.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring participants.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
React Native Application Lead (Remote)
As a React Native Application Lead, you will lead a team of interns to build the opportunity to gain practical experience in developing mobile applications using React Native, a popular framework for building cross-platform apps. You will contribute to the creation of mobile applications that will be core to scaling Kiran Foundations reach.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Months
Time Commitment: 5-10 hr/week
Team Size: 3-5
Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of developers, designers and testers (Interns)
- Perform code and functionality review
- Coach and lead team in Agile Environment
- Facilitate, sprint planning, daily standup and sprint demo
- Deliver state of the art iOS/Android App
- Implement modern UI, with Firebase backend
Requirements:
- Experience with developing React Native mobile applications
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Self driven, Go-Getter attitude
- Knowledge of agile methodology is desirable but not required
Kiran Pratibha Mentor (Remote)
We are seeking dedicated and accomplished mentors to guide and inspire talented students as they pursue their academic and personal goals. As a Mentor to Pratibha Students, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and valuable insights to help students reach their full potential.
Start Date: Immediate
Time Commitment: 2-3 hr/week
Duration: 2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and facilitating educational workshops, seminars, and events.
- Support program administrators in tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and communication with participants.
- Contribute to content creation for educational materials, blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
- Provide mentorship, tutoring, or academic assistance to Pratibha students.
- Collaborate with fellow volunteers to ensure the success of programs.

Volunteer - Generic (Remote)
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our family to contribute towards our mission of providing equal opportunities and creating a merit driven society. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our programs, initiatives, and events that benefit disadvantaged students, women, and create a positive change in our society.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Months
Time Commitment: 5 hr/week

Responsibilities:
- Build strong and positive relationships with assigned mentees to establish trust and open communication.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students in alignment with their academic, career, and personal aspirations.
- Assist students in setting realistic goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
- Offer insights, advice, and strategies based on your own experiences and expertise.
- Help students navigate challenges, setbacks, and decisions related to their academic journey.
- Align students with Kiran Foundation's Vision and Mission and foster a sense of responsibility towards the future.
- Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance mentoring skills and effectiveness.

- Demonstrated expertise in your field or profession and ability to inspire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and empathise.
- A passion for mentoring and a desire to contribute to the growth of young talent.
